Welcome to Rusper, for what we hope to be another great day of racing. A big thankyou to all who attended the last meeting, not only for attending but also because the race track was left a lot cleaner than it has been for sometime so please keep it up.

All drivers in all formulas are on there last warning, any breaking of the rules or threatening behavior will result in the loading up of cars and drivers being banned, this is a serious note as rules must be obeyed.

Many thanks to Clifford Hutchings in his Robin Reliant for turning up and being the most sporting and well natured driver of the day, after his 3 barrel rolls, he was un hurt and ready to race again unfortunately his car wasn't, we hope to see him and others back soon.

Last of all, the 10v10 is on next meeting against Angmerring, drivers are lined up and it promises to be an action packed day so dont miss it.

A forth coming event new to the calendar and only just confirmed, on the 4th October there will be a 10 v 10 N/S head to head against Amering, with the return leg soon after. All Drivers wishing to take part please make yourselves known at the drivers meeting.

Thanks everyone who came to the Two Dayer, the weather was excellent to us and so was the discipline from the drivers, many drivers excelled in each formula giving us plenty of great racing over the two days for all to watch. The trophies for the highest points scorers will be presented at the end of year dinner, the winners in each formula are as follows:

We have many new and great drivers at Rusper meeting after meeting. Once again another new face has arrived amongst us, driving only once before at our last meeting. Harry Gill driving number 95 a Junior Prod car, has travelled up from Cornwall for the school holidays, and has shown plenty of potential. Hopefully the 2 dayer will move him out of the beginners and into the fast lane of the track, as they say experience is everything. So once again good luck to all drivers and a very warm welcome to all new drivers for the whole weekend and we hope to see you all back soon.

Gates open at 7.00 sharp Saturday morning for drivers, there will be all formula's running as normal but on top of this there will be 2 rusper teams for 10 v 10 n/s team races on the Saturday only, all drivers are already in place. First race is at 11am

Street stox and classic stox, sprint races for any car from any formula to be held on Saturday late afternoon, a disco in the evening on Saturday night Sunday gives drivers the chance to get the points they may need to become the rusper 2dayer points champion or even the chance to enter into the race to be the champion of champions, this is for the winners of any race held through out the 2 days, this race will be held as the last race of the day before the DD.

ALL DRIVERS AND CAMPERS MUST BRING THE WATER THEY NEED AS THERE IS NO TAP AT THE TRACK,

Hello once again and welcome to Rusper Raceway, we hope you all had a great day in the sunshine and dust last time round, the water bowser was playing its part in the entertainment, (so much so that someone asked if we were going to enter the tractor in one of the races) I don’t think so. A good day was had by all with some great racing in all classes, the Production Stocks is coming on in leaps and bounds, so much we even had a ladies European champion competing for the first time.

Hello once again and welcome to Rusper Raceway, we hope you all had a great day in the sunshine last time round, a BIG thanks to all that attended the last meeting, it was a good turn out especially the Nudge and Spin as we started the day with two heats, it gave us some good racing to start the day off, they were followed by the Juniors who were fast and almost drama free giving it all they had in each and every heat. The 1400's came on and another decent turn out for them, giving us plenty to watch with lots of good overtaking, after this came the 1400 Mods and the 3000's these are two small formula's with small numbers in attendance they still put on a good show and all had 4 great races, the track held up well and is becoming ever faster. lets wait and see what today brings in the races, please enjoy your day and Remember NO ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED AT THE RACEWAY.

Welcome once again to another fun filled day at Rusper Raceway. We have been lucky with the weather so far let’s hope it continues. The last meeting saw some great races amongst the juniors.
We also had our first contest in the 1400 ­modified formulas.

Welcome to the first meeting of the 2009 season, our third season in charge at Rusper, quite a few changes have been made in and around the track some are a lot easier to spot and some you wont see but we intend to continue making changes for the better through the season and on into many more. A big welcome back to you all and an extra welcome to all new drivers for 2009. This year we are running all the different makes of car in the 1000cc Junior class together and also running a modified up to 1000cc Junior class.
The same will apply with the 1400’s there will be two categories STANDARD and MODIFIED. Also running is the 3000cc, now this could be the last season for the formula due to the lack of support it had last year, so keep a close eye, this could become a new formula later in the year and from then on.
Now, last but not least is the Nudge and Spin, everything is set for some great action this year with a couple of limited meetings making the formula different to watch, we have an up to 1200cc meet and an up to 1400cc meeting possibly followed by a team meet later in the year, so watch this space for an update.

The new season is nearly upon us, check out the fixtures for this seasons dates. Amendments to the rules will shortly be updated.

We are looking to hold this years presentation at the Europa Hotel in Crawley on Wednesday 3rd December. The evening will consist of a 3 course meal, live entertainment and the trophy presentation. Tickets cost £15 per person.

We need to get a reaction on the subject from everyone. So please let others know and give us a call or email as we need to know numbers as soon as poss.

Hello and welcome to the last meeting at rusper raceway. The last meeting saw some good racing from all formulas. The minis seem to be getting faster, with heat 1 seeing 118 lead from the start and staying ahead for a lot of the race until 22 took the lead then rolled over, the race was stopped and 22 was the winner. The minis were fast again throughout the day, with 43
mini Muttley having a good 3rd race. Hopefully we'll see more great fast racing today.

The super minis are also really hotting up with some great battling racing from 118, 363, 109 and 09. Also some great handling from 188 Billy Paige as he nearly rolled. Harriet took the win in heat 1 with a good and comfortable drive. All these drivers drove great races through the rest of the day and the championship is really hotting up!

Now for the closest contested formula the 1400's which saw Ian Wells with a 2 point advantage at the start of the day over Paul Watts. These boys started side by side from the back in every race and both drove very well. 01 Paul Watts seemed to have the jump at the start but 701 Ian Wells was never far behind. Wattsy took the 1st and 2nd race to move him 2 points ahead of Ian who won the 3rd which saw him 2 jump 2 points ahead again. In the 4th there was a collision between Wattsy, Ian Wells and Chris McAuley. The race was stopped early with Wattsy and Ian given 1st and 2nd place respectively.

The championship is now even for today With nudge and spins driving the opposite way there was a lot of entertainment. With Marshy 02 rolling a massive 5 times after being hit by 742.
A lot of action on the bottom bend with great crashes all round. Tony Green currently holds the championship lead with more great drives throughout the day. A great days racing!
